There are two things I have always been sure of: my passion to create and my love for the coast. Creativity has been a constant in my life... from five-year-old me painting on anything I could, to leading creative direction for my sorority in college. I’ve always known that creating isn’t just a passion, it’s truly my purpose.
Whether I’m capturing a coastal wedding, directing a brand shoot, or creatively concepting ideas for your business, my goal is simple... to help you bring an idea to life, visually. So you can truly feel your brand, moment, or memory through imagery, video, or a creative concept.

A Texas girl who always loved the coast
Hiii! I’m so happy you’re here. My name is Leah Block, and I grew up in Friendswood, Texas. I graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with my degree in Marketing and have a background in social media, creative direction, content creation, and photography.
I’ve always been full of ideas and creative visions, & I am constantly dreaming up fun shoots and finding inspiration in the little details. I started The Beached Creative as a way to blend everything I love: storytelling, creating, art, and the coast.
My work is inspired by natural light, ocean hues, and that effortless coastal lifestyle I never want to let go of. After years of creating content for my sorority, couples, events, and lifestyle brands, I now pour all that experience into helping brands and people tell their stories beautifully.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can probably find me surfing Tourmaline, drinking a mushroom matcha, planning my next shoot, or on the beach covered in coconut oil!
